As a Qatar-based brand, Khaleeji Closet does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders, including pre-orders. Each piece is made and handled with care, and we encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing guidance, and images before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@khaleejicloset.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. If a return is approved:

    •    The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    •    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
